Organize your customers feedback with boards

Boards

Overview

Boards allow you to organize users posts. Boards can be public or private. Public boards are visible on your LogChimp site and can be seen by anyone on the internet.

Unlike roadmaps you cannot re-arrange the order of boards.

Dashboard

Create and/or manage boards in the Dashboard > Boards page.

Create boards

Tip

You need board:create permission to perform this action.

Creating a new board will set to private by-default. You can toggle the Display settings to change visibility it public.

Update boards

Tip

You need board:update permission to perform this action.

If you change the board slug, any links you’ve already shared won’t work anymore.

Delete boards

Tip

You need board:destroy permission to perform this action.
